I'm Rohit, an inquisitive Product designer from Bangalore, India.
I have over 13 years of combined experience in designing Mobile Apps(iOS, Android, BlackBerry OS), Desktop apps(Mac), Websites and WebApps.
I love typography, minimalism and everything that’s elegantly crafted. When not designing, you can find me passionately debating on existentialism, psychology and technology. Recently, I've picked up woodworking and delved into Vibe coding apps with Gemini CLI. A devoted Cinephile, you'll often find me cartographing the massive landscape of Cinema.

I started Woodworking in 2016. A bushcraft video on YouTube got me excited enough to get 3 morkniv knives and a Japanese saw. When I whittled my first spoon, I realised how therapeutic it felt to work with something that is tactile!
While I started my journey with these handtools; today, I posses quite a few tools in my repertoire: Circular Saw, a sanding machine and a Dremel (my new favourite) plus many others. Here are few thing that I have crafted in the recent times.
I am a huge Cinephile and have been recently exploring the vast landscape of local and international cinema. Some of my most faviourite movies of all time are.
Some directors whose work I adore: Akira kurosawa, Wong-kar-wai, Jaques Tati, Satyajit Ray & Jim Jarmusch. I keep a track of my movie watching endevours on Letterboxd
Here are some thoughts and musings I've pondered over the last decade.
